Dailio Client is free, and will stay free: it is what you send to the person who watches, comments and approves. Dailio Creator is a monthly subscription, no commitment, and you only add the modules you actually use. Collaboration is counted in people connected — never by the minute.
You add what you use and drop what you no longer need. An editor who never offloads a card has no reason to pay for ingest — and if they need it next month, they add it next month.
Verified card copy, checksums on both sides, ASC MHL 2.0 report, a certificate to hand to the production.
Verified delivery: the master leaves for the lab, read back bit for bit on arrival, with the checksum report to hand over.
Named export recipes, batch transcoding, deliverables. Codec, resolution, naming, destination.
Grading: wheels, ASC CDL, saturation, scopes, manufacturer LUT, look. .cdl and .ccc export.
Watermark burned into the proxies — client name, date, frame number. The original is never modified.
Tangent Ripple recognised at startup. Trackballs, rings and buttons mapped, nothing to set up.
The review on the TV in the room, or on a second screen. The image leaves your machine and goes onto the big one. Live to a remote client is counted in collaboration links.
Suggested tags for a shot or a whole folder. The model runs on your machine: nothing leaves it, and nothing is analysed unless you ask.
What is said, with timecode. Fix a line by hand, export .srt or .txt next to the rush. The model runs on your machine, just like description.
The base, all ten packs and three links in one subscription. Nothing to tick, nothing to add along the way.
Tasks, calendar and home page. File exchange in the room and marker export to your edit. Three connections included — the room, comments and approved takes are in the base.
A link is one person connected to your Dailio. You see how many are there, you choose how many you want. No meter runs while you work, and nothing stops in the middle of a screening.
Install Dailio Client on your editing station, next to the Creator: your virtual folders are there, your previews too. It uses no link and costs nothing extra.
The Client is free for everyone, forever. There is nothing to work around — it is meant to be that way.
A monthly subscription is taken for a shoot and stopped afterwards. You never pay for a month you don't edit.
A subscription taken at 10 am runs until 10 am on the last day of the month you paid for. No rounding, no day lost.
Bills back to the production like any other piece of kit.
Scans your folders, reads the metadata, prepares the previews. Everything stays on your disk.
Gathers shots from several cards and disks, without moving a single byte.
Same image, one twentieth of the weight. A single setting, the same for every file.
Frame by frame, timecode, IN/OUT ranges, subclips.
Multitrack meter and waveform.
Card copy with a checksum on both sides, ASC MHL 2.0 report, resumes after an interruption.
A named export recipe: codec, resolution, naming, destination. Set once, applied a thousand times.
Wheels, ASC CDL, scopes, manufacturer LUT. Your client sees what you set, read-only.
Your signature burned into the proxy — everywhere, live streams included. The original is never modified.
Recognised at startup, nothing to set up. The mode follows what you are looking at.
A direct link to a client's or a colleague's computer. Up to four people, end-to-end encrypted.
Annotate a shot at the right second, add a sorting tag. Everything syncs.
A marker set on a shot exports straight to your editing software.
Your client marks each take good or rejected. The verdict and its date come back.
Your client asks for a file, you approve, it lands on their machine.
You see the same image at the same moment, each at your own desk. Nothing is stored on the way.
The master leaves for the lab, read back bit for bit on arrival. The checksum report goes with the delivery.
Suggested tags for a shot or a whole folder. The model runs on your machine — nothing leaves it.
What is said, with timecode. Corrected by hand, exported as .srt or .txt.
To do, in progress, waiting, done — on a virtual folder or a shot.
Delivery deadlines, in the same place as the rushes.
Dailio is a local application: your files stay on your disk, never uploaded.
The link between two Dailios is end-to-end encrypted — the relay carries, it does not read.
